Typical Duties

Data entry and recordkeeping: maintain contact lists, databases, client or vendor records, and ensure files are updated and backed up.
Meeting support: prepare agendas, assemble materials, take minutes or notes, and distribute follow-ups and action items.
Travel coordination: research options, book transportation and lodging, and prepare itineraries and expense summaries.
Office logistics and supplies: manage ordering supplies, coordinate equipment servicing, and maintain professional workspace organization.
Project assistance: support small projects with research, timeline tracking, task reminders, and vendor coordination.
